Come join us as we welcome the grounding and clarifying energy of early fall on September 27th at 10am at the Maritime Center in Scituate, MA.
These mornings invite us to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what sustains us. During this session, we’ll gather by the sea to experience the calming benefits of nature therapy, mindful movement through qigong, and settle into deep relaxation through a nourishing sound bath and healing touch.
Hosted by Dr. Caroline Moody, Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, and Stacey Caplinger, Reiki Master and Nature Therapy Guide. This offering is made possible through a partnership with Revive Adventures, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in the belief that time spent in nature and community brings us back to life — helping us feel grounded, connected, and like ourselves again.
