Community Sound Bath and Movement: Honoring the Earth Mother
Guided by Dr. Caroline Moody
Sponsored by Revive Adventures
Join us this May for a deeply restorative community gathering inspired by the wisdom of the Earth and the rhythms of spring.
Through gentle, flowing movement inspired by qigong, breathwork, and a deeply restorative sound bath, we’ll reconnect with the rhythms of nature and our own bodies. As spring energy rises, this gathering is designed to help release stagnation, restore balance, and root into a sense of calm, vitality, and belonging.
This experience honors the Earth Mother as a symbol of grounding, growth, and renewal, supporting you in feeling more rooted, open, and connected. As nature comes back to life, this is a space to soften, breathe, and realign with both the natural world and your inner landscape.
This is a space to soften, listen, and remember our connection to the earth beneath us—and to one another. At its core, this is a space for connection—to nature, to yourself, and to community.
Come as you are and enjoy a welcoming space to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
