Come join us as we harness the expansive energy of the summer season on August 12th at the Maritime Center in Scituate MA from 6-8pm.
The height of summer invites us to embrace growth and vitality. During this session we will gather by the sea to experience the calming benefits of meditative nature therapy, mindful movement through qigong, and then settle into deep relaxation with a nourishing sound bath and healing touch.
This is an invitation to pause and reconnect; with yourself, with the natural world, and with the vibrant abundance of summer.
